I am a white, cisgender woman who brings many years of experience working with folks in multiple settings across the lifespan. I consider myself a generalist having worked in schools, homes, and clinics with clients aged 8-88.

I currently treat older adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and families for issues related to generalized anxiety, depressive and bipolar disorders, relational conflicts, and general dissatisfaction with one’s current life as it is. I strongly believe that life does not always provide us with all we want or deserve and that what we do with what we’ve got counts the most.

I have a BA in Psychology from Macalester College and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Minnesota. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Arizona.
