We are here to help you along your journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and change.

We provide general mental health services to older adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and families.

We are an LGBTQIA-affirming group practice.

OUR APPROACH

We are social workers at heart. Our work starts wherever you’re at and is designed to help lead you along the route you choose. We use various strategies to help you navigate the turbulent waters of your life. We believe each person has inner strength and wisdom that can be used as guidance. Our goal is to partner with you and help you maximize your potential in whatever ways you find most helpful.

We value each person’s identity and honor our work together.

WORKING TOGETHER

01

Our work together begins with an initial phone consultation to determine if we’re a good fit.

02

The first session begins with a review of your history, challenges, and goals.

03

You will learn how to access help and support each step along the way.
